Shipping & delivery

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. Every piece ships worldwide from Ponta Grossa, Brazil — insured and tracked via FedEx / DHL Express.
How long does delivery take?
Most pieces are made to order. Production runs a few business days; express shipping is typically 3–7 business days depending on your country. You'll get a tracking code as soon as it ships.
How much is shipping?
International shipping is a flat US$30 to anywhere in the world — one price, any country, insured and tracked. No surprises at checkout. (Import duties/taxes, if any, are charged by your country on arrival.)

Duties & taxes

Will I pay import duties?
International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes set by your country, paid on arrival. These are not included in the item price and are the buyer's responsibility. We declare orders accurately.

Payment

How can I pay?
Securely by PayPal or credit/debit card, by USDC on Solana, or by bank/Pix deposit. Prices are shown in USD.
Is checkout secure?
Yes — card and PayPal payments are processed by their certified gateways; we never see your card details.
Can I get a custom or negotiated price?
For commissions or special arrangements, message us directly on WhatsApp and we'll set it up.

Authenticity & editions

Are pieces original and certified?
Each piece is hand-cast and hand-finished in the studio — no two are identical. Limited pieces are numbered and come with a certificate of authenticity.
What does "Edition closed" mean?
That run has sold out. Many pieces can be re-cast on request — hit "Request the next casting" on the product and we'll let you know when it's available.
Are the fanart pieces official?
No. Fanart pieces are independent artworks with no affiliation to, or endorsement by, any rights holder.

Damage & returns

What if it arrives damaged?
Send us photos within 7 days of delivery and we'll repair, re-cast, or refund — your call. Everything ships insured.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Reach out as soon as possible. Before a made-to-order piece enters production, changes and cancellations are usually no problem.

Care, commissions & courses

How do I care for a resin piece?
Keep it out of direct sunlight and away from heat; dust gently with a soft, dry cloth. The finish is sealed and durable.
Can I commission a custom 1:1?
Yes — that's a specialty. Message us with your idea and we'll quote it.
Do you teach?
Yes — there's a start-to-paint kit, an online course, and in-person workshops. The studio films its process, every Friday live on Instagram.
